Cancellation Policy
All reservations have to be guaranteed by credit card or written contract. Reservation can be cancelled without any sanctions before 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the first night room rate.

Guarantee policy
You will not be requested to make payment at the time of booking (unless differently specified on your confirmation): the credit card is used only to secure the booking. Unsecured rooms will be released from 2 p.m. on the arrival date.

Children
From 0 to 12 years old, stay and breakfast are free of charge. From 12 to 18 years old, stay and breakfast are charged as adults. These rates are effective only for children staying in their parents' room.

Pet policy
Small pets allowed. Additional fee of 26 EUR per pet per stay applies if not more than 3 nights
