Cancellation Policy
Reservation can be cancelled without any penalty within 6:00 pm of the day before the date of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and charge an amount equal to the first night's rate. Prepaid rate is 100% not refundable.

Guarantee policy
You will not be requested to make payment at the time of booking: the credit card is used only to secure the booking. Unguaranteed rooms will be released from 6 p.m. on the arrival date.

Children
Up to 2 years of age children sleep free of charge in their parents' room. From 2 to 12 years they are charged 25 euro per night in their parents' room. From 12 to 18 they are charged 35 euro per night in their parents' room.
