Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation fees if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival date. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged an amount equal to the first night's rate. Pre-paid fees are non-refundable.

Guarantee policy
You will not be requested to make payment at the time of booking: the credit card is used only to secure the booking. Unsecured rooms will be released from 6 p.m. on the arrival date.

Children
Up to 2 years of age children sleep free of charge in their parents' room. From 3 to 11 years they are charged 25 euro per night in their parents' room. From 12 to 18 they are charged 35 euro per night in their parents' room.

Pet Policy
Small pets allowed (free of charge) except in the restaurant and bar.
