Cancellation Policy
Reservation can be cancelled without any sanction before 6 p.m. on the day before the date of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and charge an amount equal to the first night's rate. Prepaid rates are non-refundable.

Guarantee policy
Credit card guarantee is required to secure bookings. 18:00 release of unguarantead rooms.

Children
From 0 to 2 years old, stay and meal are free of charge. From 2 to 12 years old, stay is 20,00 €, meal is 20 % off. From 12 to 18 years old, stay and meal are charged as adults. These rates are effective only for children staying in their parents' room.
