Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled up to 18.00 on the day before the arrival date without any penalty.  In the case of a late cancellation or no-show the hotel can cancel the booking and apply the cost of the first night.  Prepaid rates are not refundable.

Guarantee/down payment
No payment is required at the time of booking, your credit card is requested only as a guarantee.  In the case of a no-show the entire cost of the first night will be debited.

Children
The following conditions apply to children staying in a room with their parents.
For children up to the age of 2 overnight and restaurant services are complimentary
For children from 2 to 11 overnight and breakfast are complimentary; there is a 20% discount on restaurant services
For children over 11 the daily charge for overnight and breakfast is 30 €
