Cancellation Policy
Reservation can be cancelled without any sanction before 4 p.m. on the day before the date of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and charge an amount equal to the first night's rate. Prepaid rates are non-refundable.

Guarantee policy
You will not be requested to make payment at the time of booking: the credit card is used only to secure the booking. Unsecured rooms will be released from 4 p.m. on the arrival date.

Children
From 0 to 2 years old, stay and meal are free of charge. From 2 to 12 years old, stay is free of charge, meal is 50 % off. From 12 to 18 years old, stay and meal are charged as adults. These rates are effective only for children staying in their parents' room.

Small pets allowed (€22 per night), except in the restaurant and bar.
